Path2Academy is a trading name of Gaia Luxury Ltd, company number 15136889, registered in England and Wales.

We are not VAT registered. Prices are stated as charged. We do not display VAT information.

These terms apply to parents or legal guardians who create an account and buy a Player Assessment or Path2Academy Membership for a young footballer.

Accounts are for parents or legal guardians only. The account holder must be 18 or over. Children do not operate their own accounts.

Player age range for the service is 7–16.

By creating an account or buying a service, you confirm you have authority to provide the player’s information and football footage.

Path2Academy provides AI-assisted football analysis using Path2Academy’s structured assessment methodology.

Reports are not currently individually reviewed by a human football coach.

A completed paid Player Assessment may include a Personalised Player Assessment Report, Football Development Index™ insight, Development Band™, Academy Comparison, and a 30-Day Development Plan.

Active membership may also include Train Now, Development History features and one full reassessment entitlement for each successfully paid membership month, as described at checkout and in your account.

Path2Academy does not guarantee academy selection, trials, scouting attention, academy placement, professional contracts, or any future playing level.

Academy Comparison, where shown, is developmental benchmarking — not a prediction of selection probability.

We do not claim that reports are created or individually approved by a Category 1 academy coach or other qualified human coach at launch.

The one-off Player Assessment costs £49 as a one-time payment.

Once the paid report is complete, it includes the personalised report and the 30-Day Development Plan generated from that assessment.

It does not include Train Now, membership Development History comparisons or monthly reassessments.

Membership starts at £49 today. That first payment comprises £24.01 initial assessment/setup and £24.99 for the first monthly membership payment. Membership then renews at £24.99 per month until cancelled.

Stripe Checkout may display today’s payment as separate line items that together total £49.

Active membership includes Train Now and one full reassessment entitlement for each successfully paid month. Fresh footage is required for each reassessment. Unused entitlement does not roll over.

A failed payment creates no new reassessment entitlement and pauses membership benefits, including Train Now. Previously completed paid reports and their 30-Day Development Plans remain accessible.

You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. There is no routine pro-rata refund for unused days.

Our report delivery target is within 48 hours after all required information and footage have been successfully submitted.

Timing can vary if footage is incomplete, unclear, or needs support investigation.

Service contracts normally have a 14-day cancellation period. That period begins the day after the contract is entered into.

You may request that Path2Academy starts providing the assessment service during that 14-day period. If you cancel after work has begun, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the work already supplied.

Once the service has been fully performed following your express request and acknowledgement, your cancellation right may be lost.

Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed services remain unaffected.

Before payment or final submission you must confirm parent/guardian authority, lawful rights to share footage, appropriate player awareness, and your express request that we begin the service before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.

You must not upload intimate or inappropriate images, unlawful recordings, or footage focused on unrelated children, or attempt to access another family’s information.

You keep rights in footage and photos you upload, and grant Gaia Luxury Ltd a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the assessment and related support.

Path2Academy and related marks, methodology labels (including Football Development Index™ and Development Band™), site content and report formats remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

You may use reports for the player’s personal development. You must not resell reports or misrepresent them as guaranteeing academy outcomes.

Reports are based on the footage and information you submit. Incomplete or unclear footage may limit confidence or coverage.

Reports are developmental guidance tools, not medical, safeguarding, or selection decisions by a club or governing body.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or create risk to children, other users, or the service.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion by emailing support (see Privacy Policy).

Email support@path2academy.com to correct factual player information, report a technical or processing error, or request review of an apparent assessment-processing issue.

We aim to respond to those review requests within 10 working days.

Billing and cancellation questions should also go to the same address.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under UK consumer law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

Our Refunds and Cancellation Policy explains our commercial refund approach and does not replace those statutory rights where the service is faulty or not as described.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that give you the right to bring proceedings in another UK court or to use alternative dispute resolution where available.
