Rules that protect young players, families and the integrity of the Path2Academy service.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets rules for using Path2Academy. Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or termination of access.
2. Prohibited conduct
Providing false player information or impersonating another person.
Uploading unlawful footage or footage you are not entitled to share.
Uploading child sexual or intimate imagery, or any inappropriate images of children.
Abuse, harassment or threatening behaviour toward Path2Academy staff or others.
Copyright infringement or other intellectual property violations.
Uploading malware or other malicious files.
Scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of the service.
Attempting to access another family’s account, footage or reports.
Reselling reports or misrepresenting them.
Claiming a Path2Academy report guarantees academy selection, trials or placement.
Attempting to bypass payment, entitlement or access restrictions.
3. Child safety
Accounts are for parents/guardians only. Do not create accounts for children to operate.
Report any safeguarding concern about content on the service to support immediately.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts, refuse service, or contact authorities where appropriate. Contact support@path2academy.com with questions about this policy.
